ArcGIS Developer (AMK)

We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of existing GIS-based systems. Applicants with no experience but with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. The candidate will work with a multi-language technology stack and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise GIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Python, C#, and/or Java.
• Provide maintenance and support for existing GIS systems, including bug fixes and minor enhancements.
• Create, manage, and update ArcGIS Pro projects, including maps, layers, and data configurations.
• Assist in system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational support activities.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn system architecture, workflows, and best practices.

Technical Requirements

• Basic knowledge or exposure to at least one of the following programming languages:
• Python
• C#
• Java
• Exposure to or interest in GIS technologies is preferred.
• ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro knowledge is an added advantage, including:
• Ability or willingness to learn how to create and use ArcGIS Pro projects
• Familiarity with GIS concepts and spatial data
