Founded in 1999, Combuilder Pte Ltd is a leading IT solutions provider with a strong track record in large-scale defence projects and smart facility management systems. Over the years, we have diversified our portfolio to become a market leader in Township Operation Management for Singapore town councils, deploying innovative IT solutions such as the Smart Estate Management System, Estate Operations Management System, Lift Service Response System, and Contact Centre Management.
In 2006, Combuilder expanded its footprint internationally, establishing a branch office in Beijing. For 17 years, we collaborated closely with the Beijing Metro Network Administration, providing system development and maintenance for 27 metro lines across Beijing’s national metro stations and traffic control centres. In 2023, the majority shares of the Beijing operations were sold to a locally-owned corporation for strategic reasons.

In 2009, Combuilder ventured into the field of manpower outsourcing, specializing in IT manpower outsourcing and HR solution services.
